Steps for Participating in B’more Fresh
The City of Baltimore partners with 2 online grocery retailers to provide this promotion: Amazon and Safeway. The premise is simple: if you spend $5 dollars of your SNAP dollars on SNAP-eligible items, you will receive $30 in credits specifically for fresh or frozen produce. Additionally, thanks to updates in 2025, both retailers now offer subsidized delivery fees for B’more Fresh participants, making it easier to shop from home without extra costs.
In order to access the promotion, you have to order using an online account for either Amazon or Safeway. Below we will provide the links for instructions on how to receive the benefits while breaking down the steps to make it a little easier to understand. The promotion is set to end on December 31st, 2026.
